Connected to your imaging workflow
AI analysis is only useful if the images actually reach you. D4Dent connects dentists with dental imaging centres in the same ecosystem:
- Send imaging requests digitally, for example an OPG, and track them from request to result.
- Imaging centres return completed studies through a connected result workflow.
- The Cloud PACS portal lets imaging centres share DICOM files, including CBCT scans, through secure links, and the built-in viewer removes the need for CDs.

Imaging is one step in the same care journey: Appointment → Check-In → Examination → Treatment → Lab / Imaging → Follow-Up. In D4Dent, the image and your review stay in the patient's context, alongside dental history, encounters and prescriptions. When the plan needs a crown or appliance, you can send a connected lab order from the same workspace. Follow-up visits are booked through appointments and the live queue.
Helping patients understand their findings
D4Dent pairs AI detection with patient education. Visualised findings can make it easier to walk a patient through what you've seen on their X-ray and why you're recommending treatment. Patients can also see their X-rays and records in the D4Dent app.

It's a guided interview that covers the area, symptoms, warning signs and follow-up questions, and gives preliminary triage and next steps. Emergency red flags are escalated to urgent-care guidance. It is clearly labelled as preliminary guidance only, not a diagnosis or medical advice, and it encourages patients to consult a dentist.
